Sheet Metal Fabrication

Fabrication may be a cost-effective option for partially flat or hollow components.

We offer a wide range of sheet metal fabrication services, including laser cutting, automated full-sheet punching, bending and CNC forming, TIG/MIG welding, spot-welding, assembly, powder coating, plating, non-destructive testing and finishing.

Metal Welding

We work with most types of metals including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We have the experience to know what processes are necessary to perform a strong visually appealing weld based on your application. 

With equipment to handle thin materials to thick structural materials ranging from carbon steel and stainless to aluminum, we are able to perform the MIG welds necessary to complete your projects.

TIG welding offers a solution for welding critical joints, and for situations where small or exceptionally precise welds are required.

Finishing

ECT offers high-quality metal finishing, graining, and polishing on highly cosmetic products. Every day our finishing department staff utilizes tools and equipment such as Weber drum/rotary brushes/belt-driven machines, stroke sanding machinery, vibratory and tumbling equipment, blasting equipment, and a variety of hand-held power grinding tools to create some of the most highly polished surfaces in the industry.

Metal Bending

Our sheet metal bending expertise allows us to offer custom design possibilities with the most exact  precision. When compared to other metal fabrication processes, CNC bending maintains tight form tolerances, and a consistent process control.

Sheet metal bending and forming are used to maintain the high performance of the metal while reducing the risk of damage. Sheet metal bending may be used on both huge products and tiny components that need a quicker turnaround time.

Lazer Metal Cutting

More than two decades ago, laser cutting was developed as an industrial tool to be utilized for a variety of cutting operations. Metal cuts with a thickness of up to 1 inch are possible, as well as highly precise kerfs in very thin materials. CO2-lasers are the most widely used for industrial applications for cutting.

CNC Punching

CNC Punching is a process for sheet metal manufacturing that is carried out by punch press machines. The process can either have a one head and tool rail design or multi-tool turret design. Programmed to move a sheet of metal in a 2-axis direction, CNC punching machines position the metal sheet under the punching ram as accurately as possible so that it will be ready to punch a hole or form the metal. Similar to most metal production machinery, components of a punch press include a bed, table punch, die, a rotating turret, and a frame.​

Forming-HRB Amada

The AMADA HRB series combines a new frame design with the reliable and recognised features of the HFE3i series. To further increase productivity, these bending machines are equipped with the latest innovative AMNC 3i multi-touch screen interface with Lite mode. Thanks to the new optional automatic crowning device, high-quality parts can be produced with increased accuracy, whilst maintaining low energy costs and incredible process stability. The range covers 50 to 220 tons and 2 to 4 metres.

CNC MasterCam-Mill

From general purpose methods such as optimized pocketing to highly specialized toolpaths like 5-axis turbine cutting, with Mastercam Mill, your parts are produced faster, with greater accuracy, quality, and repeatability.

Many of the products we use every day are made with the help of Mastercam Mill.
